The App Store Accountability Act Does Not Protect Children

This bill is funded by Meta – the very Big Tech company she mentions in the NM and CA lawsuits. And why is it funded by Meta? Because it gets them off the hook – if this bill is passed, they don’t have to change anything on their platforms. All the in-app dangers are still there.
