While Trump puts the US in a geopolitical bind, huge numbers of innocents are dying in Iran but also in Israel and elsewhere. Close to 800,000 civilians have been displaced in Lebanon because of Israel’s vicious and unrelenting aerial attacks (using mostly US weaponry) in and around Beirut.
