What’s at stake in Chatrie v. United States

The good faith doctrine is one of the main reasons we’re always behind the ball because it provides this easy out to avoid deciding the substantive questions…and without additional guidance from the court, without timely guidance from courts, I find it difficult to see how we get to a modern Fourth Amendment.
